We often get questions regarding a variety of topics. Here on this page, we try to answer the questions that are most frequently asked. If we haven’t answered your questions, feel free to contact us!
Can I just show up and pay at the boat for tickets?
Is smoking permitted?
No. Smoking and/or vaping is not allowed.
What if it rains?
River Lady seating is fully enclosed so she sails rain or shine. No rain dates. For extreme weather conditions, the captain will make the decision if it is safe to sail, all customers will be notified appropriately.
Is the tip included in the price?
We add a gratuity to your ticket price shown as the service fee when you purchase your tickets. It is customary to tip on any on-board purchases of soft drinks and alcoholic beverages. Additional tipping for exceptional service is optional and always appreciated.
What type of beverages do you serve?
We have an assortment of soft drinks, unsweetened iced tea, and bottled water available for purchase, as well as wine, beer, hard seltzer and champagne. (4 drink maximum per person) Passengers under 30 must bring identification. No food or drinks may be brought on board, with the exception of birthday cake (no ice cream cakes) and dessert for those with dietary restrictions.
Do you have accommodations for someone using a wheelchair?
When is the ticket office open?
Although we are available by phone year-round (Except Sunday), our dockside ticket office is open May through September, 9:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, and some Saturdays. Off season hours are by appointment.
What are your months of operation?
Do you have tables for two?
No, River Lady features Cabaret style seating (family style) and the majority of the tables seat 6 to 8 people. We try to accommodate all seating requests as best we can.
After purchasing tickets, can I exchange the date or cancel?
Is there a dress code for River Lady dining cruises?
